Recruitment and Business Development Manager

RESPONSABILITATI

I. You will be accountable for the sales and promotion activities, develop and extend the portfolio of clients:

• Responsible for prospecting the market and lead new business, networking and business development.
• Discuss opportunities with potential clients, create, build and maintain long term relationships with the clients.
• Active understanding of the market trends and establish new business development strategies.


II. You will be accountable also for the full recruitment cycle from building relationships with potential clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, interviews and finding the most appropriate recruitment methods for senior roles:

• Coordinate and coach the team of researchers and recruiters;
• Elaborate the strategy for major search and selection projects;
• Supervise all search and selection projects, follow up when needed;
• Offer consultancy on job description, job specification;
• Delivering top management and mid management head hunting / executive search recruitment process.



III. Define the Search and Selection Unit strategy and goals, in line with the group objectives:

• Forecast, design and implement the monthly, quarterly and annual business plan;
• Through efficient management, ensure the achievement of the revenue and profitability goals
• Plan and carefully monitor the resources, budgets and people.
