You will have the team’s full support for your proper development and the opportunity/responsibility to:
– Get involved in all the stages of a recruitment process;
– Developing a good understanding of client’s industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
– Active searching for candidates through multiple channels;
– Cold contacting candidates and being able to offer them relevant information;
– Scheduling and assist/take part in interviews for the projects assigned;
– Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
Last but not least:
– Be smart and have a positive attitude. :D
– Have a good sense of humour
– Be accountable and able to take positive and negative feedback properly.

– Passion for (or genuine interest for) Recruitment/Human Resources;
– Good sense of ethics;
– The ability to learn(also) by himself/herself;

– Honest, communicative and determinate;
– Also, English is a must. :)
Internship period : 3 months.
Depending also on your development/evolution, our intent is to continue with a full-time work contract.
