OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for overall development and execution of local Recruitment Marketing strategies, with focus on the candidates for the Technology business area. Ensuring a strong employer brand presence among key target audience and drive pipeline of qualified CVs.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
•Position Accenture on the labour market as an employer of choice, with focus on Technology specialists and fresh graduates audiences
•Define the strategies and the annual Recruitment Marketing plan, in cooperation with the Recruitment Lead, according to the recruitment targets
Plan and execute innovative tactics – events, collaterals, advertising (print, online, outdoor), Social Media – in cooperation with the Recruitment team, on time and on budget, in line with the defined strategies
•Create and implement the local Media Relations strategy for positioning Accenture as a Technology expert and an employer of choice
•Develop and maintain relationships with relevant journalists and analysts who cover IT industry and career related topics
•Drive the development of press materials in cooperation with the global / regional Media Relations team, Technology specialists’ team and Recruitment team
•Manage external vendors, as needed
•Monitor the employer brand sentiment through surveys and Business Intelligence reports and suggest corrective actions
•Ensure the correct following of Accenture global guidelines
•Work autonomously and build partnership with Recruitment and business stakeholders, global and regional marketing teams and external providers.
•Marketing / Communications / Journalism university degree or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years work experience in Marketing & Communications or Public Relations, with a preference in consulting or IT services sectors
•Excellent written and spoken English language skills
•Familiarity with MS Office suite
•Strong writing and messaging skills
•Media planning skills
•Strong organization skills and attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal skills
