•Provide full and proactive administrative support to the Recruiting Team; identifies recruitment sources and recommends the best alternatives in order to meet the company recruiting needs;
• Responsable for profile definition, recommends the proper recruitment strategy to the hiring managers, interviews and tests candidates, makes job offers to selected candidates, sends information on the new hire to all involved parties from the company;
•Performs the necessary administrative tasks related to recruitment processes;
•Participates in various HR projects.
•University Degree (Sociology/ Psychology would be a plus);
•At least one year experience in the recruiting area (recruiting in banking area would be a plus);
•Volume hiring administration is a strong advantage;
•Knowledge of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques;
•Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
•Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
•Good organizing skills, good time management skills;
•Attention to details and pro-active attitude;
•Team spirit.
