Recruiting and selecting candidates trough a variety of sources
Create and deliver sourcing strategies
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates
Handle and updating job adds; define job description and job specifications
Manage selection process such as: CV screening, interviews scheduling, face-to-face interviews, recommending candidates
Work closely with the client in order to improve the recruitment process
Previous experience in the recruitment field would be an asset
Strong ability to find passive candidates
Advanced level English; French would be an asset
Good social and problem solving skills
Communicative, organized and goal oriented
