We are expanding our team and we're looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of :
Recruitment Specialist - Bucharest
Main tasks:
Decides on the appropriate recruitment channels;
Creates and publishes the recruitment ads as per company’s standards;
Identifies eligible candidates according to job descriptions;
Sets up interview appointments and conducts phone screening & interviews;
Ensures communication with candidates (feed-back, negative answers);
Conducts interviews and performs professional tests when required;
Presents the shortlist to the clients.
Requirements:
+1 year of experience in a recruitment company/independent consultant;
Analytic, methodical thinking and used to work independently;
Extensive interview skills.
