RESPONSABILITATI

WWF Danube-Carpathian Programme (WWF-DCPO) is seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Regional Human Resources Manager

Your duties will include:

Develop and implement a regional HR strategy as well as annual HR management work plans;
Develop, implement and maintain harmonized HR policies, procedures and systems particularly for training and career development, leadership development, performance management, remuneration system, recruitment and contracting for all WWF Country Offices in the region;
Provide HR advice and support to the senior management team;
Provide HR leadership to the WWF Country Offices;
Ensure compliance with local legal requirements as well as with WWF network HR standards;
Implement and maintain an efficient personnel database;
Develop monitoring and evaluation system for HR management;
Organize and/or administer trainings;
Take over local HR management including compliance with all statutory requirements of the Romanian Country Office


CERINTE

A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; possession of an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification would be an advantage;
At least 3-5 years professional experience in a HR management position preferably in an international organization/NGO in the region;
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relations with all levels of management and staff;
Ability to work in a “virtual” team spread across multiple countries and locations and to travel frequently;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian;
Knowledge of other languages from the Region is an asset;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (incl. Excel);
Strong commitment to the mission, goals, and values of WWF.
