Responsibilities:
• Develop the products of the company in the local markets through farmers, seed dealers & distributors
• Develop the company`s activity in Romania, Russia, Ukraine
• Make a market study on the seed market of corn, sunflower and vegetables
• Evaluate the trials already set up in the country and to set up the new trials of 2010 in cooperation with seed distributors and dealers as well as institutes and other organizations
• Find the candidates dealers and distributors who will make the marketing distribution and sales of these seeds in the local market.
Candidate profile:
• Have agricultural background
• Professional experience on seed business and preferably 3-5 years work with a private company having the knowledge of seed dealer and distributors network in the country
• A thorough understanding of marketing & sales practices in the seed business
• Strong technical background in corn, sunflower and vegetable crops of the country
• Fluent English for internal group communication and of course the local language
• Must be available to travel quite extensively inside the country
• PC MC Office
• Budget & Results Oriented
Job offer:
