Regional Sales Manager

with main accountabilities:

To achieve sales target in the assigned area on the traditional trade channel by implementing, develop ing and controling the distribution network
To ensure an accurate and tight Credit Control
To plan the responsibilities in order to ensure a constant communication with the management of Bunge distributors and maintain a high level of execution within the market (product presence, product price, product placement and product promotion)
To regularly coach distributor's sales force in order to maintain high level of professionalism within their teams
To meet important customers on a regular basis with the objective of building and developing a long-term business relationship


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

More than 2 years experience in a similar position with a food / FMCG company
Good knowledge of computer literacy and English language, written and spoken
University degree
Entrepreneurship skills
Communication & negotiation skills
Result oriented, annalytical view
