On behalf of our client, a leading IT&C multinational company, we are looking for an experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – BUCURESTI.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
Provides recommendations for expense budgets and manages expenses to the budget plan;
Performs analysis on region opportunities and create forecasts for sales results;
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to better penetrate the market;
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports;
Manages service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims;
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
Responsible for the performance and development of the Area Sales Managers;
Recruits, tests, and hires based on criteria agreed upon by the company.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management;
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams;
Very good knowledge of telecommunication industry;
Good negotiation and presentation skills;
Good PC abilities (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet);
Fluency in English.
