The Executive Search Division of Adecco Romania is looking for a Regional Sales Manager- South Romania for one of its Client, an international company located in Bucharest, a wholesale distributor of electronic components for industrial production.
Job Description:
Generates new business from existing and new customers; educates customers on the company’s product lines; manages territory in all aspects – services customers, provide technical assistance and provide input to the division on competition.
The responsibilities will include:
• Manage and develop sales territory and all assigned key and major accounts.
• Work out the growth strategy of assigned region.
• Strong effort to meet assigned yearly sales production goals.
• Manage a busy time and task management. Weekly, monthly, yearly planning of personal activities, with regular weekly reviewing of running tasks to the Country Sales Manager.
• Active looking for new potential customers, personally or even from all available internal resources.
• Regularly visit potential viable and existing customers, reaching decision makers with a view to enforce products from the company portfolio, to be able to detect new opportunities and to reach the valuable orders.
• Develop deeper relationships with current and new clients.
• Managing projects with customers focus to full-service supervising.
• Review and negotiate pricing and terms, adhering to defined limits regarding margins, costs, exposure and liability, and to maximize company profits.
• Perform administrative duties such as generate trip summaries at the declared time, forecast of bookings and shipments by customer and product line and potential new business, monthly sales activity reports. Report opportunities, sales prospects, quotations activity and bookings probability.
• Attend and participate in general sales meetings and trainings in abroad.
• Supporting the company values and observance ethical codex and high integrity in all actions.
• High level of teamwork with allocated sales assistant and daily communication with headquarters in Slovakia. Share business information with colleagues.
Experienced in electronics and in market with electronic components in Romania.
Great communicator with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective and professional sales and company presentation manners.
Flexible, willing to travel at least 3 days per week.
Willing to learn continually.
Good in building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally.
Industry experience selling to the same or similar customers is helpful.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, confident, and pro-active.
Ability to rapidly assimilate new information.
Ability to operate with a minimum of supervision and take initiatives when relevant, demonstrate strong decision making.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Driver license and good driving records.
