Adecco Permanent Placement Romania is looking for one of its client, a prestigious company distributor of electronic components in Europe , for a Regional Sales Representative.
Job description:
• Manage and develop sales territory( south area) and all assigned key and major accounts
• Work out the growth strategy of assigned region
• Strong effort to meet assigned yearly sales goals
• Reporting activities (weekly, monthly , yearly )
• Active looking for new potential customers through various resources
• Regularly visit potential viable and existing customers
• Identify new opportunities on the market and reach valuable orders
• Develop strong relationships with current and new clients
• Managing projects with customers focus to full-service supervising
• Review and negotiate pricing and terms, adhering to defined limits regarding margins, costs, exposure and liability and to maximize company’s profit
• Research clients business needs and combine both producers and company’s support to maximize sales
• Perform administrative duties : generate trip summaries, forecast of booking and shipments by customers and product line and potential new business
• Attend and participate in general sales meetings and trainings abroad
• High level of teamwork with allocated sales assistant and daily communication with HQ
Previous experience in electronics and in market with electronic components in Romania
• Bachelor degree in Electronics (is a MUST)
• Fluent in English
• Flexible, willing to travel (at least 3 days/week)
• Ability to build relations
