• Promote and sell the services of EOS KSI Romania to medium and corporate clients.
• Identify the target market for the Company’s services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop customized sales strategy according to each client’s needs.
• Manage the relationship with existing clients and monitor operational processes in order to ensure client satisfaction.
• Interract positively with colleagues, find and implement solutions together, in order to increase the results.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales (previous experience as a Key Account/Relationship Manager would be a plus).
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Romanian and English).
• Positive and client oriented attitude; a very good understanding of the market
• Time management, very dynamic, drive for results, problem solving capabilities.
• University degree.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving licence
