We are now looking for an Reporting Assistant to join our Financial and Accounting Department, having the following responsibilities:
• Issuing and customizing financial reports, splitting the expenses on the cost centers;
• Being responsible for petty cash register and primary accounting registrations;
• Registering, maintaining and following the contracts (both clients and suppliers);
• Preparing and formatting contracts and maintaining the client’s databases;
• Preparing the invoices for the clients according to the respective support documents;
• Building up the management report based on the internal reporting system.
• University degree;
• Previous experience in primary accounting/financial reporting would be a plus;
• Good level of English;
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office;
• Very good communication skills and highly team oriented;
• Responsible attitude and commitment towards the job-related tasks.
