Conceives reports based on 3 operational steps:
-Collects, calculates and arranges raw data so as to inspect the monitored network’s elements;
-Analyses, observes, correlates the information in order to generate a pattern regarding the behaviour of the monitored elements;
-Verifies, evaluates, and validates, designs and issues reports so as to inform, notify or deliver the performance or key performance indicators of the network.
-Performs integration of the new network elements in the structure of the periodical reports in order to ensure continuity and consistency in the reporting process;
-Performs the weekly reporting of the delivered statistics and reports and the status of the unfinished ones in order to provide fluency, consistency and continuity of the reporting process;
-Prioritizes the requests in order to offer in due time the requested information;
-Makes proposals for new reports, targeting specific network problems: power line problems, air conditioning problems etc. in order to evidence the needed information that can improves the operation and maintenance process;
-Makes proposals for new applications aimed at offering relevant information on network behaviour;
-Notifies in due time the hierarchical superiors regarding special events and reports them as instructed by management so as them to be informed.
University degree in Telecommunications and related fields (Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics);
Good knowledge of data base (Oracle, Sybase);
Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
Microsoft Office suite and Internet using proficiency;
Computer and network knowledge – medium level;
Result oriented; positive attitude; integrity; analysis and attention to detail; communication skills, including with non-technical persons; working in stress conditions and meeting dead-lines.
