Supervise research projects - maintain relationship with research agencies on every phases of a research project: pitch, set-up and questionnaire design, fieldwork and reporting/ presentation of results, including formulation of research methodology (in case a research need is generated/ identified in the company) and elaboration of the internal documents for project approval: Procurement Approval Note, Contract Approval Note, etc.
Make sure all information needed for the preparation of the questionnaire/ discussion guide is thoroughly collected from internal clients (marketing and communication, product management);
Analyze the questionnaire/ discussion guide and formulate a feedback regarding the meeting of study objectives. For some projects, to elaborate the questionnaire/discussion guide;
Periodically checkup fieldwork status, attend focus groups discussions and provide feedback to the research agency regarding research objectives are being followed;
Internalize results, provide feedback to the research agencies based on report’s ability to answer research objectives; check the database of the quantitative studies and identify the possible inconsistencies between the data and the analysis sent by the agencies;
To analyze results, and formulate recommendations for internal client departments;
For the in-house projects, to create the database in SPSS, to make the statistical analysis of the data (in SPSS), making the reports in PPT format.
Data analysis and reporting on a monthly basis.
• University Degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics or related fields;
• At least 3 years of work experience and 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of market research and marketing;
• Able to manage simultaneous projects;
• Dynamism;
• Versatile in using PC, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; SPSS knowledge;
• Good Command of English (both written and spoken);
• Communication abilities;
• Teamwork;
• Time effective; ability to work under tight deadlines
