-Leads projects assigned in order to deliver the scope within agreed frame (time, budget);
-Proposes restructuring strategies and ensures proper monitoring;
-Prepares quarterly reviews and participates at meetings with clients under portfolio;
-Manages the relation with the stakeholders of the projects;
-Manages the budget of the project and the provisions made for customers under restructuring;
-Builds and manages the risk register of the project;
-Keeps management informed about the development of the project in all stages ensuring correct building of expectations;
-Ensure that ING’s business principle, standards, policies and corporate governance rules are communicated, observed and complied with.
-Education: University degree – preferably in Economics;
-Experience: professional banking experience (min. 3 years) in relevant areas, generally including commercial lending experience;
-Professional knowledge: Banking, Project management experience;
-Task competencies: strong communication skills - both verbal and written communication, Romanian & English, strong planning & organising skills, co-ordinations, self-starter, able to manage teams, result oriented;
-Personal competencies: analytical thinking, quality focus (commitment to standards of excellence), initiative, decisiveness and discipline, networking.
