-Identify the proper restructuring option for clients with restructuring requests;
-Call the client to collect more information/documents regarding his request;
-Assess the current status of the loan (including to BC), assess the client or family financial situation (including repayment capacity);
-Edit proposal and submit it for approval and processing;
-Supervise the agreed restructuring plan;
-All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations;
-The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force.
-University graduated, economic specialization will be a plus;
-Minimum 2 years experience in banking activity (banking professional experience within collection , retail credit analysis or loans’ post disbursement operations will be an advantage);
-Good knowledge of Banking Laws and Regulations;
-Good communication skills;
-Strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to make correlations and track down discrepancies;
-Capability to work independently (at all stages of a transaction including decision making);
-Team player and proactive;
-Time management skills;
-Good knowledge English;
-Very good command of MS Office.
