Job responsibilities:
1. Animate the community: keep the player longer in the game
- Create in-game content and events
- Moderate/Animate the game: review/validate/moderate in-game content created by players
- Moderate/Animate the official forums (act as Forum Manager dedicated to a game) – For more experienced GMs
- Enforces the game rules and applies the necessary penalties to players who do not obey rules and negatively interfere in the game experience
2. In-game customer service: improve player experience
- Solve in-game issues from players
- Feed global FAQ to ease access to information
- Work with metrics to establish a certain level of service (response time, quality…)
- Monitor many aspects of the online servers, including collection/ verification of bug reports and policy violations
3. Reporting: Improve game & service quality
- Continued game testing, notably on new versions, patches…
- Report on bugs, possible upgrades and suggestions, submitted by players
- Share players feedback with ComDev to improve overall reporting to dev team
Candidate profile:
- Gamer, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about games
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation abilities
- Very good command of English
- Very good command Russian
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Multitasking and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Good PC knowledge - Microsoft programs including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Computer game industry experience is a plus
