Join us by taking the Sales Associate position!
• Placing daily calls towards prepaid and postpaid customers in order to create or maintain a relationship with them
• Daily reporting & updating the accounts provided
• Bringing back customers and advertising the company's service or any other future services Nobel launches.
• Maintaining e-mail communication between Nobel and customers
• Follow up calls in order to increase customer usage
• Assisting postpaid and prepaid customers with any technical issues they may have
• Advanced Arabic speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
• Good English speaking skills
• Target oriented, motivated to make money
• Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (especially afternoon shifts)
• Excellent communication skills and patience
• Creative & flexible mind
• Proactive and a great team player
