Job Summary
The main purpose of this role is to actively promote strategic company services to new customers in Romania. By establishing, building and enhancing relationship with customers to create account development, the sales representative will identify customer needs and strategically position Company solutions through opportunities to add value to their businesses.
Key Tasks
• Research specific markets opportunities for industrial electronics repair
• Direct sales - Acquisition of new clients & Development of sales with existing customers by taking care of the projects for clients from initial contact to the final delivery
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.
• Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customers
• Represent the company actively during exhibitions, events, presentations etc
• Initiate and drive new product development/new products required/expected by the local market
• Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development.
• Budget preparation in conjunction with CEE management (sales) & accurate feedbacks and reports to the CEE management and HQ
• Responsibility for own sales budget
• Essential - Technical degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Previous area / field sales experience is essential, with demonstrable sales success
• Experience gained within the Engineering / Industrial Electronics market is highly desirable
• English knowledge: fluent written & speaking
• Strong communication, rapport and relationship building skills
• A full and valid driving license is essential
