As a Sales Engineer at Avira's system integration team you will handle all technical aspects of a sales cycle by determining technical requirements matching them to Avira solutions in order to make product and solution evaluations successful. To find the very best solutions in a diverse set of interesting projects you will interact with an international team of open minded technicians and sales people located all around the world.
Keys to Hiring
Your technical expertise in system integration technologies and your ability to rapidly build rapport with technical experts and IT management contacts invigorates ongoing projects. Your strong trouble shooting skills and ypur ability to quickly break down a problem into its constituent parts are completed by your programming skills in Java, C++, Python or another programming language.
You have a high degree of commitment, the ability to proactively manage assigned opportunities and you are willing to travel in support of sales opportunities and conferences. Fluent English language skills are completing your profile.
Perfomance objectives
Starting from day one you will familiarize yourself with our products, services and ongoing projects. Within one month you understand the software architecture of our SDK's and services as well as our internal backend systems to keep track on customer projects.
Within the first 3 months you will support our sales team in customer integration projects , query prospects to qualify sales opportunities, product fit and probability of success.
Six Month into the job you are the expert for all kinds of technical questions and customer requests. You will conduct product and technology presentations and support customers with your development skills during the integration our SDK's in software and hardware solutions.
A close connection to our product managers and development teams will help you to address customer feedback and feature requirements in a quality-driven manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
