Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve sales volumes and gross margins as defined by the annual target agreement with the management;
• Implement company's specific strategies and measures;
• Monitor actual sales performance and develop improvement measures where necessary;
• Active competition watch and communication to the management;
• Communicate with suppliers as designated in cooperation with the management;
• Implement company's credit policy and ensure collection of receivables on a timely basis;
• Provide sales statistics and rolling sales forecast to the management on a regular basis;
• Optimize local stocks;
• Identify new market segments and pursue new business projects and new prospects.
The ideal candidate should be a reliable and well organized person, communicative, active and proactive, highly energetic, dedicated and with good knowledge of the target markets (ventilation systems), also with:
• Completed university education (is an advantage) in civil engineering, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or business,
• Good command of the English language, EXCEL, WORD and equipment selection software;
• Minimum of 6 months sales and experience, ideally in HVAC equipment distribution; multinational business environment it is a plus;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in a team or individually,
• Target oriented.
