• Establishing the strategy for Automotive AM business in managed countries (key accounts, price policy, co-operation condition, etc.);
• Development of business relations, turnover, profitability and innovation products with the existing business partners;
• Find out new business partners;
• Development high level relationship and intimacy with key customers;
• Collect and coordinate market research on competition activities (prices, product, etc.) as well as market itself (size, etc.) and customer feedback;
• Enhancing the motivation of the distribution network in order to keep on taking profitable and still increasing market share;
• Organizing promotions in co-operation with TMM Central for business partners;
• Participating in creation of forecasts, AOP and marcom plans within the region;
• Sharing info about international groups members in region – with channel managers/colleagues;
• Exchange of experiences with the rest of the team to deliver agreed targets;
• Regular reports for the Manager;
• To execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within sales - ideally within a automotive spare part company
• Bachelor degree (or similar)
• Knowledge about automotive environment
• Ability to travel
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Solid experience in the work with key accounts
• Fluent command of written and spoken English language
