Currently we are looking for a new member in our team - Sales Support Professional. Here's a brief description of the role:

Personality:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Persistence, self-drive and pro-activeness
• Support, logistical, interpersonal and excelled organizing skills
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills
• Objective, self-motivated and self-critical in a positive manner
• Open minded and problem solving
• Details orientation.

Required Skills/Experience:
• 1 year office or assistant manager or any other sales or operations support related positions
• Telecom background is a plus
• University student or graduate.


CERINTE

Manages the Sales department's (Carrier) administrative tasks, vacation planning and monthly time keeping, being always up to date with the internal rules and regulations
• Manages the department travel and trade shows schedule and assists in post industry events follow up
• Daily and monthly reports to management of the department
• Keeps digital track and self organizes working status with carriers to provide to superiors on demand.
• Responsible with all interconnection related tasks
• Keeps department manager updated on industry knowledge and trends, searches web resources, gets involved in industry related discussion groups, and invests in personal and professional development.
• Is a great operations organizer and time manager and makes use of these skills in supporting the Sales team
• Participates in meetings and/or conferences concerning problem resolution, the scheduling of special projects, and other topics as required.
