Expertise in managing CRM projects, partnering with business stakeholders, expert knowledge of Sales Force.com Administration / Development.
Job profile:
• Be advisers to the business for the CRM function and drive process efficiency, consistency and automation. Act as process and tool expert and the “go to” point for business direct stakeholders (Sales Operation, Marketing, Referencing, Strategy, Legal);
• Manage the process improvement/system enhancement projects lifecycle including project plan, communication, UAT, go-live and users feedback management;
• Own, update and maintain all process documentation around CRM process and make sure effective training in place;
• Fully proficient and knowledgeable as an expert in the Salesforce.com to accomplish the job;
• Participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
• 2+ year Force.com development experience, with a major focus on Apex and Visualforce development;
• Hands-on development skills and experience including building Visualforce pages, apex and site.com pages;
• 1+ years of salesforce.com experience with day-to-day administration, maintenance and operations;
• Perform Day to day Salesforce.com administration and provide support including but not limited to assisting in Bug fixing, new user setup, profiles, territories, and roles, Create / customize objects, fields, workflows, Email Alerts, page layouts and build validations rules;
• English - fluently.
