Provide second level support for SAP-BI systems in regular helpdesk activity
Incident management including communication to SAP (OSS-notes)
Scheduling and monitoring of process chains, system monitoring
Periodical tasks for system maintenance, performance optimization
User management, central role management
Coordination of new releases/upgrades
Involvement in customer projects, permanent hand over of new developments
Understand a data model and adapt it to new requirements
Analysis of business requirements and creation of functional and technical specifications
Skills:
Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to work both in large project teams and as individual
Customer orientation in daily support activities
Communication skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Knowledge:
University degree in the field of Information Technology
Knowledge of SAP-BI (BEx Analyzer, Query Designer and Web Application Designer, Data Modeling)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in BI projects
ABAP knowledge would be helpful
BI 7.0 / BI 3.x
R/3 data extraction
EDW would be helpful
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel for a regular exchange with project teams
