The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HR modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HR Modules: OM, PA, TM, CATS, PY, LSO, ESS/MSS
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development
Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of experience in SAP HR , experience in Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting
HR business knowledge and process design skills
Mandatory customizing knowledge and experience in creation of the functional designs
Mandatory to have fluent English
Organizational skills
Able to collaborate with clients and excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
Permanent employment contract
