On behalf of our client, multinational organisation, based in Bucharest, we are looking for a SAP Support Analyst to be part of a Regional structure:
• Acts as a single point of contact for customers and the wider solution teams;
• Is familiar with the SAP modules being supported and is capable of providing guidance on the normal use of the product;
• Takes ownership of customer issues through to resolution;
• Identifies internal product, documentation and process deficiencies and makes suggestions for continuous improvement;
• Provides timely updates&responses to support requests;
• Accurately documents the reported issues and resolutions;
• Ensures accurate categorization of incidents and problems;
• Identifies and provides workarounds for common issues;
• Escalates incidents / problems to a higher level of expertise within the organization;
• Comprehensive cross functional knowledge of the SAP ERP technology solution, including transactional level processing and master data
• Functional knowledge based on two SAP modules from the following: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, BI
• Understand the underlying infrastructure supporting SAP - user interface and application layer, database and operating systems
• Effective business skills, including communication, organization, management and relationship skills
• Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point
• Fluent English
• Availability to travel abroad.
