Implementation and operation of a complex SAP System Infrastructure;
Technical support for our internal customers regarding SAP Technology Solutions;
Optimization of the performance and proactive monitoring;
Creation of operation and support concepts as well as corresponding documentation;
Technical 2nd and 3rd Level Support.
At least 3 years professional experience in the area of SAP Technology, ideally supplemented by a SAP Technology Consultant certification;
AIX/Oracle based SAP landscapes;
SAP Netweaver ABAP and Java Stack, ITS, Business Connector, TREX;
Monitoring and Performance Analysis;
SAP Lifecycle Management: Support Packages, Enhancement Packages, Add-Ons, Upgrades;
Operations: Spool Management, Job Scheduling, Transport Management;
System copies, Client and SAP System landscape design; Export/Import of SAP databases;
Interface to SAP: Licenses, Calls, Keys, Landscape
User Management including knowledge of the functionality of roles and authorizations;
Interfaces: RFC, ALE, file transfer (SFTP);
Database maintenance, software management and operation;
Operating system: general Unix and command line usage including shell scripting;
Network know-how and basic understanding of firewalls, SAN and encrypted data transfers;
Preferably, University degree with focus on information technology or comparable education;
Ability to quickly become acquainted with new technologies;
High analytic skills and result-orientation;
Ability to handle changes competently;
Strong team spirit and good communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English.
