Operation of a complex SAP System Infrastructure
Technical support for our internal customers regarding SAP Technology Solutions
Job Scheduling, Monitoring, Backup/Restore, Output Management
SAP Transport Management
Technical 2nd and 3rd Level Support
Preferably, University degree with focus on information technology or comparable education
At least 3 years professional experience in the operation of SAP landscapes, ideally supplemented by a SAP Technology
Profound knowledge of:
Monitoring of SAP technical components including ITS, Business Connector, TREX
Operations: Spool Management, Job Scheduling, Transport Management
Backup/restore of databases, file systems and operating systems
Operating system: general Unix and command line usage including shell scripting
Nice to have knowledge of:
AIX/Oracle based SAP landscapes
SAP Netweaver ABAP and Java Stack
Interfaces: RFC and file transfer (SFTP)
Network know-how and basic understanding of firewalls, SAN and encrypted data transfers
Optional:
Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and Tivoli Workload Manager (TWS) experience
Ability to quickly become acquainted with new technologies
High analytic skills and result-orientation
Ability to handle changes competently
Strong team spirit and good communication skills
Fluency in English
