Main Responsibilities:
Greet visitors/parents warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Issue transcripts, reports, and all other official documents
Enter data, update information and use the school's management system (Educare)
Answer and make phone calls. Route calls to specific people.
Answer inquiries about school.
Schedule meetings and interviews.
Ensure secretary office is tidy.
Check early-leave permission slips of students and call their parents
Coordinate mail flow in and out of reception.
Hand out letters and morning registration files to form tutors
Arrange appointments.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Perform basic bookkeeping and filing duties.
Take and relay messages.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Education and Experience:
knowledge of administrative procedures
