• Monitors the correct accounting registration of bank’s operations according to the accounting schema drafted in this respect and considering correspondent legal requirements;
• Works with CBS or other IT providers, establishing clear processes for performing the accounting registration and IT project management function in the projects where they are involved;
• Works with business area teams to understand business requirements/processes that should be implemented in CBS ;
• Responsible to understand the bank’s business from operational perspective and ensure that the CBS requirements are fully met;
• Performs project management for internal projects within accounting area including the coordination of all the involved parties.
• Academic background: degree in economics;
• At least 5 years experience in the accounting/finance field;
• Very good knowledge of banking accounting practice (i.e. back office area for lending products, treasury products, customer’s operations, deposits)
• Good knowledge of IFRS;
• Very good English knowledge (both written and spoken);
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Access);
• Efficient, self-confident person;
• Able to focus under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
• Constructive thinker, communicative, reliable with a high sense of responsibility and integrity;
• Hard worker, self-determined;
• Proactive attitude, result and efficiency oriented.
