Foreign company operates in the acquisition of farmland.
Responsibilities
Coordinating the colleagues from the Accounting Department;
Preparing the cash flow weekly and giving it to the Financial Manager;
Reporting the trial balance on a quarterly bases to the Financial Manager;
Preparing other reports for the Financial Manager and for other superiors;
Filling declarations to the authorities;
Participate to controls from different authorities;
Participate to annual internal audit.
Maintaining the relations with banks, suppliers, clients, authorities in cases related to the Accounting Department;
Receiving the documents and checking them to be according to the contracts;
Registering the documents in the bookkeeping (using Dynamics NAV software) according to the fiscal legislation;
Invoicing according to the agreements;
Keeping evidence and booking of fixed assets and stocks;
Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers/clients;
Processing of payment orders;
Processing of petty cash & bank accounts;
Prepare labor contracts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in finance;
5-6 years of relevant experience in the financial area- senior position;
English – advanced;
Driving license;
Advanced user of Excel (pivots, functions);
Flexibility in working extra hours during important deadlines (such as quarterly closings, audit etc.);
Flexibility to travel in Ialomita, when necessary, to the other group companies.
Would be a plus:
Experience in international reporting;
Experience in Dynamics NAV (Navision);
Experience in the same position;
Experience in the same area of activity.
