• Manages the new brand, by delivering the brand promise, brand vision, brand positioning, brand architecture and achieves overall business goals for the brand;
• Manages the product mix, the margin and the trading investments in order to deliver required KPI’s;
• Develops pricing & pack strategies;
• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competition, category, consumer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance;
• Analyzes consumer trends and information, in order to identify new sources of growth;
• Participates on a cross-functional team to develop new products, following the process, including analyzing information to help set the sales forecast and financials and writing concept statements for consumer testing;
• Understands our prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order to deliver a stronger and more impactful brand experience;
• Prepares the short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on market trends and growth objectives. Designs the operating plan and follow it up throughout the year;
• Provides relevant information to the sales teams; prepares and sustains product trainings;
• Works with sales to identify programs that generate incremental sales and/or profitability.
• Graduate degree in business administration, finance, communications or marketing.
• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Minimum of 5 years business experience in a similar position within a multinational FMCG company;
• Experience in developing brand experience through effective integrated communications strategies and execution;
• Experience in developing and launching new products.
• Business analysis skills and strong product/brand marketing experience;
