• Perform analysis of financial and operational data;
• Critically assess quality, relevance and completeness of information;
• Get actively involved in drafting of financial models (including preparation of projected financial statements);
• Be part of the execution team for procedures within insolvency – handling the tasks related to insolvencies;
• Propose solutions and recommendations applicable to various business cases;
• Prepare reports and other deliverables.
We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to join our Business Recovery Services (BRS) practice.
The Business Recovery Services practice offers assistance to distressed businesses by providing a wide range of services, which includes debt advisory, advice or judicial administration in insolvency procedures, business reviews, corporate turnaround, accelerated M&A, optimized exit services. The BRS team can assist troubled businesses in the design and implementation of recovery strategies or in stopping the deterioration of value and building a platform for recovery or assisting stakeholders to realize the value locked in under-performing businesses.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Qualified in a relevant field such as finance, business, economic or accounting (ACCA will be a plus);
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in the financial / audit / consultancy field, especially in financial modelling;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Ability to identify risks and to find solutions to mitigate them;
• Ability to work under stress;
• FRS and RAS knowledge;
• Business awareness and proactive attitude;
• Confident, strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player, highly motivated;
• Good report writing skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Availability to travel.
