RESPONSABILITATI

Review and analyse financial and other business-related information;
Write due diligence reports;
Raise questions to the target company’s management and staff;
Discuss findings with team leaders and follow up on review points;
Take part in client meetings;
Perform research activities using publicly available or proprietary sources;
Apply risk management procedures and contribute to project management;
Liaise with tax specialists and lawyers to exchange relevant information;
Review work performed by more junior team members.


CERINTE

Finance or accounting professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience;
High level of business awareness;
Accounting knowledge;
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet);
Fluency in English;
Good analytical skills;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Structured and organised;
Motivated to learn and develop technical knowledge.
