The senior data analyst should be responsible for master data management in the Oracle e-business suite and responsible for ensuring that the data is cleansed, appropriate for future growth and is maintained properly.

• Set up of all new customers and suppliers in Oracle system (ensuring there are no duplicate items created and that customers are set up in correct hierarchy);
• Set up and maintenance of all OKS line items including accounting behind these;
• Update of Aris process flow charts relating to master data in the systems (chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, project codes etc);
• Review all users of the Oracle ebiz tool to ensure the accesses provided are appropriate and maintain a segregation of duties checklist to ensure that the company does not run any potential fraud risks or misuse of the system;
• Create appropriate delivery materials (Powerpoint and Word);
• Perform ad-hoc analysis requests, which can involve merging datasets, cleaning data, analysis and interpretation.
One-off projects will include:
• Customer cleansing: Duplicate customers to be eliminated and history merged with appropriate customers where required;
• Project codes: clean up and end date all projects which are no longer required;
• Document PA processes and data structure.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical knowledge:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - pivot tables and VBA macros skills a plus
• Experience in Oracle ERP systems is mandatory
Educational & Proficiency level: University graduate in Computer Science or Economics
Languages: Fluent in English.
