RESPONSIBILITIES
• creative approval process with internal and external clients/vendors
• communication with internal clients on project deliverables
• developing technical specifications and mock ups
• developing visual concepts/mock-ups for online products and campaign pages according to brand web guidelines and usability and accessibility standards
• providing design for mobile web pages, social media applications, etc.
• providing Visual Styles and HTML layouts for online Blogs and web aps
• creates sets of creative requirements and provides consultancy based on a thorough understanding of the brand’s web guidelines
Understands
• creative briefs and specifications for online promotion and marketing campaigns
• motion design and the strengths and limitations of Flash,
• Javascript and other emerging platforms
• Interactivity
• front-end development (HTML and CSS limitations and cross-browser compatibility)
• the fundamentals of information architecture/user experience
• mobile development/platforms
Admin
• Sprint ticket assignment and updates
• TMT logs on a regular basis
• Finance entries for the ticketsassigned
• SLA consumption tracking
• Attend daily project status calls with the team
• Attends monthly calls with the team
• Attends monthly calls for the entire CPMO organization
• Regular one to one attendance
General
• Sets and manages client expectations
• Involvement in at least one improvement project
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Works closely with PMs working on CS projects
• Ensures CS documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Participation in trainings online and offline offered by the company
Working conditions
• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings.
• Some travel may be required
REQUIREMENTS:
Technologies:
• Advanced computer skills within a variety of software disciplines
• Creative skills and proven portfolio results
• Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Office
Languages:
English – fluent both writing and speaking
Education:
• University degree required in creativity/technical areas and design courses
• Formal education in design
Experience:
• Min. 2 years experience in design
