Managing the financial controlling function for Romanian operations
Providing high-quality focused financial information to business leaders with the aim to allow proactive and reliable business decision-making
Managing an effective budgeting and forecasting process and detailed monthly corporate performance reviews
Developing and implementing controlling tools
Preparing IFRS group reporting packs
Optimizing the closing and reporting process
Review completeness and accuracy and in-depth analysis of statutory accounts
Revenue and cost review and performance analysis by cost centers, locations, suppliers, clients, projects
Improvement of internal processes and procedures
Profile: The successful candidate is an experienced finance professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, reporting and financial analysis. The candidate will have a solid track record of success in an international or multinational company.
Professional competencies
Education:
University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Requested competences:
At least 5 years working experience as Financial Controller or relevant experience in finance analysis and reporting
Finalized or in progress professional education (ACCA, CIMA) is considered a plus
Good knowledge and experience of:
- accounting issues
- IFRS
- cost accounting
- budgeting
Very Good working experience in ERP environment (preferably Oracle)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent competence of Excel
Analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, team working ability, high level of commitment
Languages:
Fluency in English
