RESPONSABILITATI

The role will provide valuable financial, business, decision making support to Stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Commercial, Operations departments).

This will be achieved through strong relationship with a range of stakeholders with high quality decision support input. The role will engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Combine financial, analytical and insights with the power to translate them into operational actions to increase the costs efficiencies and projects’ success.


• Analyzes business performance / results, providing feedback regarding financial issues to Senior Management;
• Responsible for controlling procedures, corporate performance management and business analysis;
• Make presentations / reports corresponding financial data on locations and throughout the business;
• Propose and implement various measures needed (costs, processes);
• Prepare special reports and offers solutions management, in order to increase productivity and turnover;
• Control performance indicators on the number of employees, investments, costs, sales, etc., in order to achieve the target;
• Provide ongoing monitoring, reporting and analysis of the actual expenses (capitalized and/ or operational) by understanding the trends on main projects and drivers, how do they compare to the budgeted ones and by deriving insights to support / recommend operational actions to maximize the projects ‘performance and/ or costs efficiencies;
• Supports the decision making through studies and interpretation of data;
• Monthly reporting (create and prepare) of all aspects of financial information including statistical data, financial analysis and other management information to senior management, within very tight deadlines (financial indicators analysis: gross - revenues, net revenues, cost of sales, profit margin, gross margin, indicators evolution);
• Support the management of the strategic projects;
• Support ongoing and ad hoc requests;
• Develop a model which will analyze the mix, volume, price, costs variances and implement at each country level;
• Follow up in define a plan in regards of category net acquisition price analysis;
• Responsible for reviewing and developing the financial systems and processes in the organization;
• Participate to all projects having an impact on the control framework and propose process improvements.


CERINTE

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar position;
• University Degree in Economic Studies;
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
• Able to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations;
• Has detailed and varied experience of how to develop the forecasting, reporting and analysis tools;
• The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental;
• The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
• Good influencing skills- able to influence key decisions, by presenting business insights and derive recommendations following detailed analysis, reporting and forecasting;
• Dealing with financial/ business issues in IT, e-commerce, Telco/Mobile, retail industry – would be a plus;
• ACCA affiliation or membership would be an advantage;
• Computer literate with good Excel skills;
• Fluency in English.
