Role: The role holder will provide core finance support to achieving timely and accurate Plan submission, followed by subsequent regular profit outlooks and assessment updates. Supporting local senior management with variance analysis against Plan/Outlook/Year on Year/Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and review material.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate country Line of Business (LOB) and Field Support Unit (FSU) input to achieve a timely and accurate country Plan or Outlook submission to XTE
- Confirm timetable and deliverables to support country submission
- Collate and consolidate country submissions
- Provide senior management with suitable review material for final approval
- Prepare/provide monthly reporting to senior management with comparisons to outlook/plan and prior year including appropriate analysis
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, as required, to provide accurate insight to business issues and variances to plan/outlooks/Year on Year (YoY)
- Prepare/provide review material for local management in European Entities for XTE/LOB business reviews
- Help support accurate and consistent reporting by LOB & FSUs
- Promote the identification of potential areas for process improvement both to stakeholders
- Provide accurate business analysis to facilitate decision making
- Areas covered by the team will include; Leasing, Graphic Communications, Customer Service Operations, Country Reporting, Head Office costs and European entity overhead costs
Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field
- Must be committed to a career in Finance
- Good Financial Accounting,Planning,Outlooking and Analysis skills with relevant experience and able to apply these to unfamiliar areas of business
- Multinational company experience
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority
- Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals
- Ability to work under pressure to strict dealines/timetables
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution to problems by using a rational, systematic approach
- US GAAP knowledge
- Fluent in English
