- You have Strong Action Script 2.0 knowledge (3.0 is an advantage);
- You have Flash application development experience;
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming, being interested in making Multi & Single player games;
- You have at least basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- You are medium experienced with Photoshop/Fireworks/Ilustrator/Dreamweaver;
- If you have 3D and Flex experience, exposure to Audio/Video tools, there is a big plus;
- You are very creative, develop complex animations combined with powerfull actionscript;
- You like to stay updated with the latest technology and webtrends;
- Good communication skills are essential to be able to do a good job with the rest of the team.
