- Manages recruiting processes, sourcing and pre-screen applicants;
- Work together with the Department Managers and HR Consultants for fulfilling the recruitment needs;
- Ensures the identification of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires;
- Actively involved in the selection of the candidates (as recruiter) and offers support to all the Department Managers (in defining the ideal candidate profile, selection criteria, identifying the most appropriate recruiting source, interviewing techniques, selection tools and criteria etc.);
- Candidates management: scheduling interviews, job offers, response letter;
- Ensures HR reports are updated and completed according to service standards;
- Maintains and continues to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field.
- University degree;
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Customer-oriented;
- Relevant experience in a similar position ( previous recruitment experience in call center or customer services area would be a plus);
- Highly organized, a self-trusted, independent and also a team member;
- Good English and PC skills.
