Recruitment & Support for employment:
- Conducts recruitment processes for entry level and experienced positions: posting adds, selecting CVs, testing and interviews;
- Provides specific reports upon recruitment processes based on info requested;
- Maintains candidates database;
- Prepares job offers to selected candidates;
- Collects documents for employment; performs administrative tasks related to new employees on boarding.
Internal reporting:
- Operates specific data in company information system;
- Prepares specific reports related to human resource;
- Responds to information requests (from employees and management) that require gathering elements from various sources and prepare ad-hoc reports.
Training support:
- Support in preparing the training materials;
- Admin support for trainings;
- Participating at different trainings delivered by the HR team;
- Responsible for induction trainings.
Organizational development/culture:
- Participating at the organizational development projects: satisfaction surveys, the evaluationprocess,motivation campaigns, etc.
- Updating the New Employee Manual;
- Maintaining the relations with the medical supplier;
- Maintain a permanent communication with the employees;
- Development & implementation of various organizational culture projects.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Economics;
- Min. 3 years previous experience in HR or HR consultancy;
- Experience with psychological test is a plus;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Pro-activeness;
- Customer focus;
- English level – advanced;
- MS Office expertise.
