Providing legal assistance and advice on various legal issues and acting on behalf of the company in corporate/commercial/labour and contractual matters in order to protect the company’s interests;
Negotiation, drafting and review of commercial contracts/other agreements;
Identifying the legal requirements according to the specific legislation related to company’s activity (retail) and following up the compliance with these requirements;
Providing legal opinion, support and assistance and representing the company in relation with authorities and partners.
University graduated (Law University);
Minimum 7 years of legal practice;
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail would be preferred;
Solid knowledge of commercial law, competition legislation, consumers protection, intellectual property & copyright;
Very good English skills (including experience in legal drafting);
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Management & coordination skills.
