- support the client in selecting the optimum network solution for his needs;
- offer the best experience, in one of the areas specified above;
- propose and implement solutions that will fix the escalated incidents;
- bring new ideas and experience to the client's IT department;
- transfer the knowledge for monitoring, maintaining, and further developing the network infrastructure;
- over 5 years of working experience with Windows/UNIX/Linux networks;
- at least 2 years experience in computer communications, LAN/WAN, IP with Sub-protocols, Network Management platforms, IP Network planning;
- experience with Active Directory on Windows 2003/2008 servers in corporate environments;
- thorough knowledge of installation, configuration and administration of e-mail servers, file servers, firewall, antivirus solutions, etc.
- strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills with a positive attitude;
- ability to work as a consultant in multinational environments;
- highly customer-oriented and willing to help clients get the best results;
- Microsoft Certifications for Windows-oriented consultants is an advantage;
- fluent in one of the following foreign languages (english, german or french).
