Work to create functional test scenarios and set up an issue-tracking systems and process. Lead the Functional QA team. Test the application and identify issues and perform regression tests
Minimum 5 years testing experience required
Basic programming skills
Database programming knowledge
Thorough person, with analytical skills and good observation aptitudes
It would also be good to understand any UI-testing tools (like a WinRunner-type tool)
