Recruiting
Develop and execute recruiting plans for the biggest multinational clients and meet hiring targets for skilled Sales Representatives;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates;
• Develop and execute an engagement and contact strategy for recruiting passive candidates;
• Partner with the Field Manager to implement creative recruiting resources to attract skilled Sales Representatives
• Source, screen, and select sales skilled Sales Representatives;
• Manage all logistics surrounding the interviewing process;
• Lead candidate evaluation discussions post interviews;
Hiring
Manage new Sales Representatives contract documents and access documents in partner stores;
Training / Induction
Lead the induction in the company of new Sales Representatives;
Over 3 years’ experience in recruiting candidates with sales skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to talk on the phone and “face to face” with ease and confidence;
High level of energy, strong selling abilities, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment;
Proactive approach and ability to tackle unstructured or unfamiliar problems;
Flexibility in responding to unanticipated situations;
Poise and superior professionalism
