Gathers all necessary info related to client recruitment need from hiring managers, this includes JD, profile description, business info, process specific constrains, market info
Candidate pre/screening and selection for shortlist (CV screening, phone screening
Ensuring all roles are posted on internal / external career portal, as applicable
Source candidates through all possible methods including head hunting, career/job fairs, data mining, resume databases, appropriate social media, networking, cold calling, etc.
Coordinate calendars, booking meetings rooms and confirming interviews with candidates, hiring managers & recruitment agencies
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Perform exit interviews
Handle the internal new hire orientation process
Maintain a network of candidates for future requirements
Provide structured and balanced feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates
Prepare and maintain tracking reports and updates as requested
Minimum 3 years interviewing experience
Previous experience in recruitment agency is considered a plus
Proven sourcing skills, using a variety of methods
Able to efficiently organize own work and multitask
Team oriented
Fluent in English
Medium/Advanced skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Available for traveling on Romania's territory, for projects involving recruitment in other location than Bucharest
